Dianbida Power Equipment (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. has recently completed the production and quality inspection of a new batch of generator stator assemblies, a critical component in the power generation process of diesel generator sets.
The stator assembly consists of a high-strength steel frame, laminated silicon steel core, precision copper windings, and heavy-duty output cables. As one of the most important parts of a synchronous alternator, the stator is responsible for converting the rotating magnetic field generated by the rotor into stable three-phase AC electrical power.
The stator core is manufactured from laminated silicon steel sheets to improve magnetic conductivity and reduce energy losses caused by eddy currents. High-purity copper windings are carefully wound and insulated to ensure efficient electromagnetic induction and long-term operational reliability. Each unit undergoes strict dimensional inspection, insulation testing, and quality verification before entering the final generator assembly stage.




During operation, the rotor creates a rotating magnetic field that passes through the stator core. The magnetic flux cuts through the stator windings, inducing electrical current and producing three-phase alternating power output. This process forms the foundation of efficient power generation in industrial, commercial, and backup power applications.
